About Pastor Billy Chatman Jr.

High school sweethearts from Abilene, Texas, Pastor Billy and Lady Nicci Chatman have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. Both received the Holy Spirit in their youth, setting the foundation for their shared spiritual journey.​

Pastor Billy preached his first sermon at 16 and embraced his calling at 20 under Bishop Michael E. Ford Sr. He served as Youth Pastor in Indiana and, despite a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis leading to his retirement from the Louisville Fire Department, continues to walk in the miraculous healing of Jesus Christ.​

In 2005, he founded the Temple of Deliverance Worship Center in Louisville. Following a divine calling during a 2011 revival in Tampa, Florida, the Chatmans relocated there in 2013, establishing the Kingdom of Deliverance Worship Center under Bishop Aubrey Shines.​

Demonstrating a commitment to community service, they launched the “Natural Bourne Leaders Academy” in 2014, mentoring youth and adults. In 2022, they initiated “The Revival Center,” an evening worship service catering to those unable to attend traditional services.​

Pastor Billy continues to serve the community, embodying his lifelong commitment to faith and service.
